Despite the fact that every detail of the wedding and celebration is being planned, there is one thing we should always count on and that we cannot predict, and that is - rain.
It doesn’t matter if your wedding is in January, March, June, September or December, the rain can always surprise you, but it’s up to you to decide the surprise will be positive or negative.
First of all, it is interesting to point out that Italians have an interesting quote that they often use at rainy weddings. "Sposa bagnata, sposa fortunata" which means that rain on a wedding day brings good luck to the bride. Believe it or not, it is certain that the unplanned rain cannot be the cause of a bad wedding or failed plans. The newlyweds and their love are in the first plan on that day, and while they are joyful, their guests will also be joyful, no matter what the weather is like.
Instead of regretting and mourning because everything is wet, why not use the rain as something good? For example, a photo session can be really beautiful in the rain, and there is something magical in the dark and thick clouds in the sky. Also, there are a lot of those who like to keep everything under control that day, so the rain gives a dose of spontaneity to the whole day, but in a way it is also a warning to all control freaks that not everything is in our hands.
If you have a summer wedding, rain can be a wonderful gift from the sky as a refreshment after which it is easier to breathe, and in addition, umbrellas can be used as a great prop for photographing, but also, as decoration. There are various variants of umbrellas, but the most interesting ones are certainly the transparent ones that always look effective and elegant.
Also, there are numerous umbrella shops where it is possible to order personalized umbrellas, both for the newlyweds and for the guests, but more about that in our next article. :)
All in all, it’s important to keep in mind that weather can't be influenced at any time of the year, nor can it be planned. You should be relaxed and enjoy every moment, and most importantly, you should let the rain make your wedding day even more beautiful. It sounds like a cliché, but it's really possible.
